Assistant Commissioner Dave Mc Laughlin joined the Brigade in 1980 and was appointed Assistant Commissioner on June 01, 2010. He is the holder of a Certificate in International Divisional Command from the Fire Service College, Moreton - in - Marsh, England. He is also the holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Sector Senior Management Development offered by the Management Institute for National Development with accreditation from the University Council of Jamaica.
